The third book in the series is set on Island for the most part, and Annika Fridasdottor, working as a mechanic on the airship Phatéon, is more than a native, she knows the truth about Trolls and the legends of child snatching. She never wanted to leave Island but the disappearance of her sister Källa has her out searching for clues.
A new passanger onboard Phatéon, and on his way to explore volcanos and folk tales, is David Kentewess, a man infected with nanoagents and owner of more than one prosthetic device.
They´re both more than entranced from the first interaction, but Annika has sworn to never bring a man to Hannasvik, her hometown, and David could destroy everything if he ever found out the natives secret.
Steampunk, Island, volcanos and trolls, it was a great adventure and i was sobbing at the end *happy sigh* Loved it!!
