Evelyn lost everything when her father lost his life, her charmed upbringing, the big house, the cushy life, it all stopped and all her rich friends and acquaintances turned their back on her.
Now she´s getting herself through nursing school with a job working in a bar.
That´s where Mateo works as head bouncer. With time in jail and his underground fighting, Evelyn is a bit frightened, although she can´t help but feel something else as well.
When feelings grow stronger between them, will they let them? Both have secrets they´d rather keep hidden, but when relationships grow, boundaries usually disappears.
